Mary Praught, Communications Leader

Mary was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She is a Senior at Mary Washington this year, and is majoring in English and minoring in French. While she loves creating digital art, her absolute favorite thing to do is to cook; in fact, she runs a food blog called, Two Friends and a Meal, with one of her friends! She also has two awesome older brothers, and a tuxedo cat named Pippa. She is so excited to become more involved with the Catholic Campus Ministry this year. Her faith has always been important to her, but since she has been in college she has realized just how much, as she has been able to learn more about Catholicism itself and share her love for it with others on campus. If there’s anything else want to know about her, or if you ever need someone to talk to don’t be shy! Contact Mary at

When she's not catching up on schoolwork, she can usually be found at the St. John Bosco Center continuing her spiritual journey with Christ, playing video games, writing, reading, or just hanging out with friends.
